NGBC Prayer Ministry
Prayer is man's only way to communicate with God in response to Him speaking to us through the Bible, the Holy Spirit, circumstances and other believers. As such, it is vital for developing an intimate love relationship with our Lord. Jesus Himself has given us direct and free access to the Father.
Amazingly, He promises that every request will be answered when we abide in Him, persist in prayer, ask in His name and pray in faith believing Him to meet our need.
Because of the awesome power and promises available to every believer through prayer, we place a strong emphasis on individual, small group, and corporate prayer. Small groups of 3-6 people meet for prayer just prior to our Sunday worship service. Other groups meet during the week for prayer and fasting. God has responded to these concerted prayers in amazing ways. We encourage everyone to participate in all aspects of prayer at NGBC.
